Suggested Refstats Shortcut Codes

Hi everyone

The Reference workteam is proposing a list of abbreviations for FAQ entries on refstats. Currently it is written from an HIN point of view but can easily be amended. We think it might make stats easier to retrieve and group, as well as save a little time. Here are the suggested items - if agreed we can post and start using - I'll ake a pretty version..
