How to Embed a Video in the Blog

If you are posting a video from YouTube:

• You can easily post videos from YouTube into your blog post directly from the YouTube video
  
• Go to the video in YouTube.com that you would like to put into the blog
• Select the "Share" link underneath the video
• Select "show more" next to the facebook and twitter images
• Select the Blogger icon
• In the window that pops up you can edit the title and add text under the block square that is in the body. Note: The black square will be your embedded video
• Select "Publish Post"
• In the next screen, select "Edit post" and add the appropriate labels to the post. Publish Post when you are finished.
  

If you are posting a video from Jing:

• You will need to get the embed code from Jing
• To do this you will need to add a new button to your Jing account in order to generate embed code. Details for creating this button can be found at the Jing Learning Center [here]
• If you have your button created, create your Jing video as normal
• After you have recorded your video select your embed code button
• Copy and paste this code into your blog post in the Edit Html screen
• Change width="400" and height="200"
• Select "Compose" and edit the rest of your post as normal

If you are posting a video saved to your computer:

• More details can be found in Blogger support [here]
• Select the "Insert Video" button in the blog editor
• Browse for your video in your computer and upload
• Edit the rest of your post as normal
