Just a few brief reminders when using Chat:
1. Please send the Chat User Survey, http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/chat_survey to clients upon completion of the transaction
2. When sending links to clients (i.e. websites or e-mail addresses), please double-check that this information has been typed correctly before sending
3. Please remember to introduce yourselves, and ask the client for their name and AHS site as soon as possible upon beginning the Chat conversation
4. Please note the Unique Guest ID (long strong of numbers next to the time stamp) of a Chat transaction. This is especially key in the event that 2 chat questions are received at the same time (as is ensuring that the client's name and contact information are received as early as possible).
