The Alberta School of Business at the University of Alberta and the Chartered Accountants Education Foundation of Alberta invite you to attend the Eric Geddes Breakfast Lecture featuring Dr. Roger Palmer, Professor, Public Policy and Management, Alberta School of Business on Wednesday, November 30, at the University of Alberta Calgary Centre.

Topic: “What is the Real Problem With our Emergency Rooms?”

Prior to joining the Alberta School of Business, Dr. Palmer was Dean of the School of Public Health and a former Deputy Minister of Health and Wellness with the Government of Alberta. From those positions he has been personally engaged in two decades of “reforming” the health system. Why is the Alberta system still so poor? Dr. Palmer will discuss the issues of reform when there is too much money and too many entrenched positions.
