- HIN put on two Open Access Week presentations this year, the full videos will be available shortly for preview. I'll put out a "viewing" call when these are ready.
- We're trying to streamline our promotional strategies in emailing and mailing at individual KCs. Look for a more facilitated approach to Network promotions in the future.
- We will not be creating a standardized display for December. Feel free to create your own promotion for the month.
We have selected topics for 2012. I'll be emailing more information about library displays soon. - The next HIN newsletter will be coming out December 5. In this issue we will be discussing: New Holds process, A summary of Elizabeth's recently published study, The Educator Workshop and resource list, Feedback from courses and update on the schedule, Library Closure for the holidays and the Grey Literature Toolkit and HIN course. If you have any suggestions for stories for the next issue please email me.
- The HIN website has added a scrolling news feature on the main page and updated the Patients and Families section with reading lists and scrolling health news.
